Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. This is a remote role, and you will be working on a mid-shift schedule from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.


Key Responsibilities:

  • UI Design: Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
  • Graphic Design: Design graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for websites, mobile applications, and social media campaigns.
  • Prototyping: Build wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites and mobile applications.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that design outputs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and the marketing team to implement designs and solve user experience challenges.
  • Creative Concepting: Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative concepts for digital projects.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, etc.
    • Knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, Zeplin, etc.).

  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and graphic design.
  • Understanding of User-Centered Design: Ability to create wireframes and prototypes based on research and testing.
  • Creativity & Aesthetic Sense: Excellent eye for detail and a strong sense of visual hierarchy.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centric mindset.
