Job Summary
MUB IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and proactive Amazon Account Specialists with a solid technology background to join our team.
The Amazon Account Specialist is responsible for managing the overall health of our Amazon account, resolving issues efficiently, and obtaining necessary approvals for brands and products. This role ensures our Amazon operations run smoothly and our products remain compliant with Amazon's policies.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Account Health Management:
- Monitor and maintain the health of the Amazon and other marketplace seller accounts.
- Address and resolve any account health issues promptly to avoid suspensions.
- Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines of each marketplace.
- Case Management:
- Log and manage cases with all marketplaces to resolve various issues such as listing errors, account suspensions, and policy violations.
- Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all cases, resolutions, and communications with all marketplaces.
- Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to listings, orders, returns, and customer complaints.
- Work closely with support teams from all marketplaces to resolve issues affecting account performance and customer satisfaction.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring problems.
- Approvals for Brands/Products:
- Identify and pursue necessary approvals for selling restricted brands and products on Amazon.
- Prepare and submit required documentation to Amazon for brand and product approvals.
- Maintain a database of approved brands/products and ensure they comply with Amazon’s requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on account health, case statuses, and resolution outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in account management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on analysis.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams such as catalog management, customer service, and logistics to address issues impacting Amazon operations.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall account management.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts with a focus on account health and case resolution.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and approval processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with Amazon support teams and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools.

- Account Health Metrics: Maintain a high account health rating with minimal violations.
- Case Resolution Time: Achieve timely resolutions for all logged cases.
- Approval Success Rate: Secure necessary approvals for targeted brands/products.
- Issue Recurrence Rate: Reduce the frequency of recurring issues through preventive measures.
- Reporting Accuracy: Provide accurate and insightful reports on account health and case management.
