Job Summary

As an Amazon Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's success on the Amazon platform. Leveraging your expertise in Amazon Advertising, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing compelling ad campaigns to enhance product visibility, drive traffic, and maximize sales. Your analytical mindset, understanding of Amazon's algorithms, and proficiency in keyword research will enable you to deliver data-driven strategies that yield exceptional results.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Amazon Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies on Amazon, encompassing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-relevance and high-converting keywords. Optimize campaigns regularly to ensure maximum visibility and relevancy
  • Ad Campaign Creation: Create engaging and persuasive ad campaigns that align with the brand's objectives and product offerings. Craft compelling ad copy and design eye-catching visuals to drive clicks and conversions
  • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating funds based on campaign performance and target ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) goals
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ACOS. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in comparison to competitors' campaigns
  • Amazon Attribution and Analytics: Utilize Amazon Attribution and other analytics tools to measure the impact of ad campaigns on sales and overall performance

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Amazon Advertising Expertise: Proven experience in managing and optimizing Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads
  • Keyword Research and Optimization: Strong understanding of keyword research tools and the ability to perform keyword analysis to drive targeted traffic and conversions
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize ad campaigns
  • Bid Management: Knowledge of bid management strategies and the ability to adjust bids to achieve optimal performance and cost efficiency.
  • A/B Testing: Ability to design and conduct A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages to identify top-performing variations
  • Amazon Attribution and Analytics: Understanding of Amazon Attribution and other analytics tools to measure the impact of ad campaigns on sales and performance
  • Amazon Policy Compliance: Knowledge of Amazon's advertising policies and guidelines to ensure compliance in all ad campaigns
  • E-Commerce Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the e-commerce industry, online marketplaces, and the competitive landscape on Amazon
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and sales.
  • Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with Amazon Advertising trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Result-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable results and driving success in Amazon Advertising campaigns
  • Customer Segmentation: Experience in segmenting target audiences and tailoring ad campaigns to reach specific customer segments effectively
  • Vendor and Seller Central Management: Understanding of Vendor and Seller Central platforms and experience in managing product availability and inventory
